The modernization of elevators includes improving comfort, safety, energy efficiency, accessibility, and renovation. If we consider elevators as a means of transportation, we have that it is one of the safest that currently exists. Undoubtedly, improved technology and existing regulations in terms of design, installation, and conservation have a lot to do with it being this way.
